If you are addicted to vlr(though i don't know how one can be addicted to a forums website) and valorant in general try reducing the time you spend on vlr day by day. Say you bait on vlr for 3 hrs daily then try to do 2 only tomorrow and 1 the day afterwords and spend the time you saved on something productive, could be anything like studying, going out for walks or anything else that floats your boat. With time you will not be opening vlr and valorant on a daily basis.
