The banter will begin pre-champs about who's the best, the favorites going into the tournament and power rankings, etc.
Just before and during international events its toxic regardless of region
And it not being a NA vs EMEA finals def helps with people calming down faster after this event since peeps can just appreciate that both teams did amazing

But I don't actually mean it and it's just to troll/bait people, I am 100% not serious.
True. Everybody said that "EMEA fans are so toxic" and I expected VLR to be a shitshow after FPX won, but it wasn't. In fact, it was more quiet than when PRX beat fnatic (that was a true shitshow). So I guess my theory of APAC fans being extensively toxic and arrogant is true.
