There's no reason why Riot would purposely choose a location that has little interest in their game outside of other more important factors. It's mutually beneficial to get a large crowd.

I 100% agree. They coulda easily gotten way bigger crowd in Spain /Japan/BRazil.
THE LCQ in Brazil got booked super quick. And Japan crowd was already insane.

They definitely prioritized Texx, Shao Suygetsu getting quicker/easier visas than a crowd, which is understandable.

They didn't even knew of its going to be with crowd
When they announced that everyone on vlr was expecting that it will be full.
I'm pretty sure that flight doesn't cost 2000€. That's just crazy

Copenhagen really cool city in terms of location and how the city is, but its true that its expensive compared to a lot of places. Just have it in like Germany or Poland.
