Remember when I said XSET wouldnt win a single match due to multiple reasons (getting through the weakest challengers NA have ever seen, first LAN etc)
Everyone doubted me, but here we are....
Don't doubt me.

With all the facts we had, it was very likely it would end up like this so that quote makes no sense in this context
I really am confused why people would expect any different, maybe beating leviathan is possible but the next game would of surely been their final set.
"Amercian hopium sadly renews regardless of previous results" - throwaway 12/7/22
too much expect the unexpected things in NA, because of that they can't expect the expected.
i never understood why people thought xset was gonna do so well like their performance is so underwhelming for being the "second best team NA"
was it really underwhelming? yeah we expected them to at least win a series, but obviously they lost to a full force optic, and then they had an extremely close with lev where both teams won the same amount of rounds in the series, and that loss was to a team that also managed to take a map off of drx on their international debut, so it was more or less expected
in hindsight ofc it isnt, but before the event the hopium was off the charts. i said this performance was what to expect and got massively hated on
true, its xset fault knowing have no experience in Lan yet they try to beat Optic in grandfinal lol
Optic is veteran and just let them win so xset can gain lan experience first
i agree but no team that has tried so long for gold can give up the temptation of being the champions of NA, even though logically it would make more sense to throw it so they could get more LAN XP before playoffs
Fns already pointed this on twitter so many times
Knowing that Optic is slow start Team, Fns definitely want through group bracket
Teams with no masters experience (guard, leviatan, Xset) have a pretty bad record debuting in the playoffs. The only exception is Loud who made it to the semifinals pretty convincingly
