As I've been saying long time ago when acend were having rough time closing in matches cned,starxo,cold,and kiles have heavy firing power even tho kolda is a great I'll but they just needed a little to win matches but kolda couldn't bring enough frags,now they added zeek who has insane firepower and they are top on eu right now,so even tho G2 qualified for EMEA playoffs I still think they will face same problems acend faced I mean mixwell,nukkye,keloqz,avova all have insane firepower but kolda doesn't bring enough to the table for G2 to be eu number 1 team as we have seen he can easily get sova gapped, so I think g2 needs a sova that can match their other players to be a contestant for top 1 spot in eu or even world thoughts?

I think people are arguing that he would be more useful as a coach rather than an IGL. There is no doubt that this guy grinds, my opinion however is that G2 without kolda would fall apart really quickly in early and mid rounds without kolda's calls. People have to remember that coaches can't talk during the middle of the rounds
There needs to be a bigger sample of both G2 and Acend games to see which approach is better for November LAN. My hypothesis is that Acend can be countered with a bigger sample of VODs and I currently don't see enough flexibility on the roster if all of the sudden they had to change their playstyle to address the counter strats. At the same time, it is uncertain whether G2 can beat Acend with arguably worse firepower, but perhaps compensate that with superior flexibility

Holding them back from... qualifying to EMEA for the 1st time ever in their 1st run? Mixwell IGL? You really don't know what you're saying. It is he who does't feel comfortable shotcalling.
Kolda in G2 was the missing key, because the previous roster lacked everything but firepower. Allowing Mixwell to a more comfortable position is paying off as you can see he's doing a truly amazing job.
Kolda's impact is remarkable. If you only look at stats you don't know anything about the game. He has impact, he brings value in an outside the game and their tactical gameplay, mid-round calls and so on have improved dramatically, and that's because of him. Opening up space, keeping the pace and all the winning stuff that looking at a weak k/d table don't reflect.
You're literally only looking at firepower.........
Watch some top CS teams, look at their support players and how valuable they are and then look at their stats

He's already showed how good of an IGL is with two teams that he had to basically start from the ground up. He is literally the definition of playcalling and playing for others, which is why he rarely frags. Calling out Kolda after this past tourney may go down as one of the worst takes on this site
I have the necessity of telling you guys that G2, out of the 8 that qualified for this first Challenger, is the only one that started with a completely new core in the roster. Out of the 5 players, only AvovA-Nukkye played along before.
G2 is still a very recent roster compared to the ones like Fnatic, Liquid, Acend, Guild, FPX, BDS, Vitality, Alliance, NiP, Giants, etc. and they still reached top4.
On your question: yes
I already give up on them bc of the dependence that Lowel still has on Sage and only Sage, I really don't like Patitek aggresive and greedy play as a smoker and Ardiis lurks and irregular play with Sova.
I basically think they were basically the problem in G2 (patitek and ardiis) and TH will take a loooooong time to fix that.
