You're most likely from North Eastern United States/Canada as that's where Herrs chips are primarily sold.
More specifically Herr's Chips are mainly only popular from Virginia to New York. (Atlantic Region of America)
Now if we look further, out of all of the places in the Atlantic region of the U.S., Andy Capps Chips are only really sold in the New York Area.
There are some places outside of New York that have them readily accessible, but not many.
