idk about that, kolda and russ look barely t1 in terms of firepower, kolda is very valuable since he is a top igl but I feel like russ will eventually get replaced by a duelist main so sayf/trexx dont need to play duelist depending on the map and play their main roles, possibly fitinho since he is friends with kolda? that would be an insane roster
brother this is a teamplay, u can take 5 guys with god firepower but this will not ensure you win. Actually guild is very well balanced, u have god leo best eu player, u have sayf n trexx 2 insane firepower they can play multiple roles too good, then u have god igl probably the best or 2nd best emea igl (boaster n him) and russ is a normal firepower guy but he plays skye very well, plus he can flex and probably transmits the calmness the team needs when you have crazy beasts like sayf trex and leo.
I dont think kolda is better igl than ange1 or redgar but surely one of the best itw in that I agree but my point is that what russ brings to the team is not that special imo, eventually he will be replaced, there are better than can do/bring the same as him and have way better firepower
clear example of this: you could make trexx or sayf play his roles since both are one of the best in the roles russ currently plays and then bring fitinho for a real duelist main, that would be a clear upgrade imo, no matter what russ brings to the table, as of today in valorant firepower in t1 is dogshit and chemistry doesnt matter as much atm, if you have superior firepower chances are you will destroy even if you arent that good as a team, examples are: liquid, new fnatic destroying with very little experience playing together, new guild qualified to vct without losing a match and having 3 new players, fpx 2022 roster, etc... firepower is everything in valorant atm imo, there are weak links in 90% of top teams, if you have 5 insane players and good igl/coach you will be instantly top5 team, specially guild, they are very experienced now playing together, a firepower upgrade would not destroy the chemistry and would only be a good thing

BTW there is a difference between firepower and aimers, soulcas has great aim but has very mediocre firepower by firepower I mean players that can perform and put up numbers, if you pick fitinho as a main duelist, he will 100% perform and give you numbers while trexx or sayf fill the roles russ was playing with way better firepower, its a win/win imo

Acend is no joke rn and yea they throw hard sometimes but if they go into beast mode they can steamroll some of the best EMEA teams. Guild tbh even I think is more obvious than Acend cz as u stated they have been playing beautifully even in a weaker bracket. Liquid is one I only consider cz of their past performances and Dominance. As for M3C...I dunno man they need to wake up but they just can't seem to do it rn.
