I think it's English not being a language they are super fluent in. I struggled a lot and talked like a robot because I simply didn't know how to articulate words from Spanish to English properly due to translation errors.

i don't mean the baits and the game just the way they speak all sound like a cartoonish guys i had a cousin who was like that very awkward to talk to when speaking to strangers and can't read the mood(not saying anything wrong with that he was my favourite cousin bcz he doesn't lie or speak badly of someone but he always talked like a cartoon or anime character) they remind me of him for some reason

Tarik genuinely has no clue what he's talking about when it has to do with any scene outside of NA, I'd be willing to bet that he has never watched a Japanese match. Coming from a CS background, you can see why he wouldn't realize how passionate APAC fanbases can be, since the scene has always been dead in that game.
