I’m pretty sure Riot has CIS players in mind because if Copenhagen doesn’t allow CIS players then I doubt they would even be allowed to compete, same goes to the M3C boys

I'm pretty sure Riot has it figured out this time around, as far as I can see Russian players should be able to travel to Copenhagen whether that be directly from Russia or what other people have been saying is boot camping for a period of time in Serbia would allow them to travel.

You would hope that Riot had it figured out but from past experiences like oce teams not being able to go to the NA LCQ last year it does not give me confidence.

I don't know exactly what is the case here, but for example m0NESY was able to travel to Belgium Majors by flying Russia -> Dubai -> Belgium. Obviously I don't know the full picture, but it is definitely possible somehow as long as Riot has been preparing for it. And I don't know how Danish restriction look like.
Also week back or two both Shao and Suygetsu were playing from same room seeing in interview, so maybe they have relocated? Could just be something else, but bootcamp with only 2 players seems weird.
