I don't know exactly what is the case here, but for example m0NESY was able to travel to Belgium Majors by flying Russia -> Dubai -> Belgium. Obviously I don't know the full picture, but it is definitely possible somehow as long as Riot has been preparing for it. And I don't know how Danish restriction look like.
Also week back or two both Shao and Suygetsu were playing from same room seeing in interview, so maybe they have relocated? Could just be something else, but bootcamp with only 2 players seems weird.
