and why is that? also I'm not talking about gold but this happens in high plat - low diamond lobbies

be it iron or radiant muting whole team before the game even starts is just spoiling the game for the ones who want to co-operate and win
you're always free to mute them if they are toxic or annoying after they do something you don't like but doing it before even agent selection starts is just pathetic better of playing unrated that way then as its literally the same format as comp and also 'play for fun' mode

im too inconsistent and i dont know why. one day i managed to have a good aim and get like 30 frags and next day i got 7 kills with 18 deaths.

Little bit yes. When I actively comm I usually have more confidence in my own play, because I feel more "professional" if that makes sense. And yeah positive teammates definitely help, but don't make me perform different. Sometimes with negatives you just know that you lost the game already and don't care or if they are negative towards me I usually stop caring about the game because I'm too soft and start playing more ballsy (can lead to success sometimes).
