Top teams usually don’t do core changes because that will mean they will lose their circuit points and be disqualified from the next up coming riot tournament (I think) also riot doesn’t allow such changes during tournaments
Ik but my point being is teams don’t really make core changes so there isn’t really any t1 teams that have done core team changes maybe C9 idk any in Emea though other than BBL
