Who called Mr Bean the "best" movie of all time.
Overrated means people have a better perception of something than its actual value.
Everybody thinks Mr Bean was a fantastic comedy movie for kids and it is.
its a good movie batman and srsly its overrated, it isnt as insane as people put it to be. The dark knight was miles better as for avengers endgame and spiderman u cant even argue
nah dark knight and batman are my 2 favorite movies but you can’t compare them they’re completely different but both amazing

Anything marvel. 100 times the same story arcs, "witty" (read: dumb and formulaic) lines everywhere, scenes that are only made because they look good but don't add anything. I mean look at how marvel influenced star wars and created a total pile of crap
based and true. new dr strange movie is a bunch of jokes, references and cgi to distract from the fact that there is no substantial plot

i agree that marvel is overrated but i do still believe harry potter is worth the hype, the story is great and the cast is the same throughout the episodes which makes it more engaging than others. For Mr.Bean your just straightup braindead if you say this is overrated
Thing with Harry Potter is that you can't disconnect it from the generation. I was 7 or something when I read the first book, and the first movie came not much longer after. I grew up at the same time as the characters in the books grew up. It just defined a generation and people from different generations, either too young or too old can never fully get the hype as much as someone who grew up with it.
For that generation it simply cannot be overhyped. I could see how it can be felt that way for other generations though
Endgame might be overrated but props to the marvel team for hyping that shit like they did

I agree about the fact that they really cut off the movie at an early stage.
The actual story (from the books) is actually top-notch and actually very underrated. Dune is easily top 3 science fiction stories of all time but it does not make the lists of many.
The new movie also executed the story really well. Everything was great except ofc, the fact that they cut us off really early.
It would have been better to binge-watch together when it is released all at once instead of waiting another 2 years for the next movie to release.
harry potter is good tho, but you have to binge every 6-7 years tho, to retain its quality and only in winter holidays.
The original starwars movies are hard to watch for new comsumers, I still love them but theyre overrated.

1) Nolan's movies: Man's smokin weed while directing movies. People think that just because the actors spoke some random bullshit, it should make sense. Inception was the only decent one. Interstellar was just a fever dream. The protagonist hacked into an Indian drone flying over America by typing Sanskrit on his laptop. I should not need to say anything more.
2) Recent Marvel Movies: The old ones (7-8 years or older) were actually fine. Nowadays it's just bullshit that normies gobble up like cheap fast food. The plot is usually not any better than movies for children. The only thing is the cast is good and they act really well.
Also for some reason, 90% of the Marvel superheroes gotta act really cool and smug for some reason. I remember seeing lots of scenes where the hero had a near-death experience and acted real cool just because someone else saved him/her. Like wtf? Why do you gotta act so cool?
3) Bollywood movies like KGF and other nationalist bullshit that Bollywood puts out.

A lot of bio pics are actually pretty good...Dangal and MS Dhoni comes in mind....those these are old now and yea they are making shitty movies for the past couples of years
