Thats 1 team, not an entire region, CIS teams are dogshit outside of Gambit, FPX and maybe NAVI who are just decent.
FPX is not even a full CIS team, 1 brit/latvian, 1 polak, 1 swede and another swedish coach. Sorry but a team to be considered CIS should at least be a full CIS squad otherwise they are just another EU team which is the actual region, CIS is just a part of EU like Turkey, they only get their own qualifiers for viewership reasons, Germany gets their own qualifier but suddently they are not EU either????
FPX are basically system abusers, they are robing a spot from actual CIS teams who need to spot to VCT to develop the region because Riot ruling is actual crap.

Everyone in NA that isn't c9 or optic is overrated. Teams like eg and ghost are underrated. Literally everyone else in the group stage is basically in the same tier. The only thing that is distinguishable between them is clout and playstyle(NA playstyles tho). Even optic is a tad bit overrated cuz of a fluke tourney like literally ridden by extraneous variables.
