I want to see Cloud9 White go far, and damn they beat clanless, which isn't even that bad with some actually good players. I still have to go with my Gen.G hopium though. Gen.G reformed their roster, and it looks very solid, which is great considering their agent compositions used to super erratic and odd. I think the consistency of this Gen.G roster should hold up pretty well.

I think its just that they had C9W on stream yesterday for their first match, and they're trying to show as many different teams as possible.
Eventually the tournament will thin out enough that they can show off everyone, but until then, they're prolly trying to avoid showing any team more than once if they can show off someone else instead.

obviously they arent c9b, but they have the c9 name which brings them viewers no matter what. not the same amount as the male roster but still a hefty amount, undeniably more than what LG and Ghost are pulling currently (~500). and more people want to see if they can cause an upset because this is the furthest they've gotten (ever, or in a while) so theres more suspense than other games, even if they wouldnt do so well

To support the female scene and help promote it so that even more females are encouraged to compete.... yk, kinda basic. Riot is heavily invested in supporting female esports, and so streaming arguably one of the biggest games in female Val history should have been a no brainer for Nerd Street, regardless of "literally everyone" believing they were unlikely to win (completely irrelevant).
