exactly, the utility usage in cs is way more crucial to a round than in val. a missed dart or molly in val doesn't mean you've completely lost the round but a missed molly in cs basically guarantees the other team the round(ie, cat molly on dust 2) i agree with ur point on spawn positions and their massive effect on the round as well because of how important it is for certain players to throw certain utility.

maybe so but wouldnt cs strategy also progress further in that time?
your logic is inherently flawed

csgo is incredibly hard strategically

i agree that val is hard strategically but cs has been compettively relevant for so long that the amt of anti stratting a cs team does for one major probably trumps the amt of anti stratting a val team does for an entire split

yeah some of it was valid but in the end, na on top!

not even top 100 of all time

eh if goff plays decent like he did in la im sure the combination of hockenson, st brown, and swift should give the offense the boost it needs. hutchinson is already looking like a beast so the defense should look a lot like the steelers with tj watt. lions should have a decent chance at making the playoffs is kirk cousins/rodgers regresses heavily

packers but your first ballot hof quarterback jalen hurts threw for 2 interceptions in the wildcard game and gave the game away lmao, you also have no chance at fixing your wr core once aj brown inevitably leaves to win a chip and the eagles front office is notorious for drafting terribly(example: jalen reagor who literally got traded today for a future 5th and 7th lmao)

oh mb i see now

but either way liquid when consistent has a ton of potential to be a true top 3 team with yekindar

posted about 2 years ago

obviously dont watch cs lmao

astralis took four tries to make the major qualifiers(imagine if there were 4 open qualifiers for anyone to make na vct and sentinels lost three times to random radiant five stacks)

hltv rankings are the most accurate depiction of the csgo competitive scene at any current moment. the whole point here is that the only top 10 teams that didnt play groups were movistar(who couldnt even make major rmr so frauds) and c9 who liquid beat at cologne.

posted about 2 years ago

elige is probably the most consistent rifler atm outside of the navi/faze boys. i do agree that osee is inconsistant but when he plays well he plays really well

posted about 2 years ago

kinda but they played really well at cologne with yekindar playing pretty average

posted about 2 years ago

u ever seen rankings?

https://www.hltv.org/forums/threads/2646738/liquid-1
https://www.hltv.org/forums/threads/2673351/liquid-is-top-3

learn how to read

elige and naf have made hltv top 20 consistently as tier 1 riflers and are the most consistent players in the na scene to ever touch csgo.

if youve ever watched osee youd see the potential the kid has and how much impact he has on the game

yekindar is self explanatory

posted about 2 years ago

i mean liquid is 4th but astralis kinda doesnt count after talking 4 rmr qualifiers to simply get to rmr

posted about 2 years ago

iem cologne
blast fall showdown
took down c9 and heroic, two of the most consistent teams in the scene

posted about 2 years ago

yeah but he was never really into a set role on 100t. i think he was even oping at one point

posted about 2 years ago

yeah astralis is kinda a fraud cause they lost to 3 eu mix teams in rmr qualifiers xd

posted about 2 years ago

ur pretty dumb if u dont think liquid is top 3.
elige - top 5 rifler itw
osee - top 10 awper itw
yekindar - top 3 rifler itw
naf - top 10 rifler itw
nitro - good igl

anyone on hltv would agree with these ratings
