Blysie [#2]How come c9w can compete but not c9a?
riot ruled that female teams under the same org name are allowed to but not academy teams
AVE_TRUE_TO_CAESAR [#5]kek If C9W can find a way to stall this match for 3 hours, it will be an easy 5v4
what do you mean?
ngl it's annoying to see how much they gloat about winning Game Changers they just put down all the other women teams when everyone else when they win a match say gg's they played well, hope they enjoy playing the t2 and t1 mens valorant see if they think they are still all high and mighty after this qual
Blysie [#2]How come c9w can compete but not c9a?
because riot cares more about pandering to the womens scene than competitive integrity or following their own rules
Blysie [#2]How come c9w can compete but not c9a?
The real reason is partially that Riot want women to be able to compete more in standard tournaments, but also that the Academy teams often have direct links with the main roster (Poiz is a good example, was on main roster but was dropped) so they have a conflict of interest, whereas the women's teams don't usually share players. The goal of an academy roster is to eventually promote the talent that you hone in small events and scrims to the main roster down the line, which would also be an issue, because it would again create a conflict of interest and cause the academy roster to lose a member potentially mid-tournament where that member could then play against their former teammates/friends.
1ahS [#15]No way TSM loses right?
wait tsm loses 100% i dont think their new roster is capable of qualifying quite yet but im sure they will go decently far in this qualifer

I think this is just a bad take on it based on the matches they have played before in VCT they have not performed well as you would expect but I still think overall they are a strong team and they might even surprise us in the upcoming stage 2 you never know.

I think he just hates the fact that they trash talk each other and have beef (Game changers scene)
I cant say I'm a fan of it either
frappzlul [#23]CRINGE WHY DOES THIS GET THE STREAM D:
more competitive and a close match rather than watching TSM OR V1 13-0 or 13-4 their opponents
VALoka [#25]cool to see c9 white players getting paid 70k dollars a month to lose to unsigned randoms then any other fucking stream bro.
70K/m LMAO what are you smoking
NetVAL [#30]What's with the hate on C9W? Katsumi was CRACKED on those last couple rounds! Keep it up C9!
Katsumi goated fr

Genuine question, why do you (and many other idiots) not wait until the map is over to post stupid shit posts? C9W were down 3 rounds at most and u assumed they lost? Do you think just because a team is down on a map the game is over. Now you look dumb AF lmao
wowzerswow [#33]i wonder why Katsumi plays smokes when she gets alot of kills and people who play more aggresive roles like Annie and Alexis barely ever frag out and Katsumi is clearly the second best fragger on C9 by far so why is she playing Brimstone
probably comfort...
just now she got an easy double bc she plays more passive, can't really do that on duelist, at least you shouldn't do it lol

shes been playing smokes since beta. they should try role swaps
nairolf1337 [#39]probably comfort...

she can still play passive and support her teamates on agent like kayo and skye like alexis plays
wowzerswow [#43]she can still play passive and support her teamates on agent like kayo and skye like alexis plays
Sure, I meant agents like Jett.

Do you think role selection goes best player Duelist to worst player Controller?
Ahmad [#26]more competitive and a close match rather than watching TSM OR V1 13-0 or 13-4 their opponents
Close match huh
Apollyonic [#49]Guys I know Cloud9 White isn't the best team in the world. But with the way people were talking it's like no one believes they can improve. Lets just see if this time they will go further into qualification.
they been together for 2 years, as a team how much longer do you need before it's obvious some individuals aren't carrying the same weight as others on the team. or is the coaching staff that bad to the point where this team can't beat random t2 teams/pugs still. mel and katsumi are pretty cracked tho
TwentySeven [#24]whats with the hate on C9W?
vlr is full of immature kids who have never talked to a woman

They are on top of the NA GC scene, so why would they change? They are undefeated in Gamechangers. It sucks that they are struggling in VCT, but at the end of the day, they are still bringing home the trophies.
