It based on all lan event of course. Where previously it was dominated by NA and EMEA. Reykjavik 2022 is something else, majority of people were upset with the result.

ik im biased but chennai , india is imo the best south asian city for esports it was more developed than mumbai or delhi before valorant cuse of proximity to singapore , so there are a lot of val player in chennai and TN in general so there are a lot of tamil vaol players , i think a LAN in chennai would be LIT as
- imo the logistics would be easier cause of availability of PC * (IDK after the pandemic most of the biggest PC cafes shut down so....)
- the fan base is a lot more respectful and a very very passionate (anyone who knows a CSK fan will know that)

Actually fair enough, i just don't think Rito will consider India atm, bc esports scene is not doing the best there rn. Seems like a good spot in the future though. Probably going to be Seoul, Tokyo, or Singapore imo.

Why would location affect viewership when there is no crowd? Genuinely curious. And even if there was crowd why would people just stop watching the event because it’s in a certain country? Am I missing something?
