How do i control the spray of the phantom

I'm capable of controlling the spray in mid-range but when we are in a longer range I can't, if is not a headshot my spray goes to the sky, there's any form or tip to improve this?
I can do the same with the vandal bc is easier but in situation where I have to use the phantom is just almost impossible, for me, to control the spray.

Uh.. there's something I'd like to share bud, w phantom don't try to control ur spray in long range. Instead, go for bursts and taps, it'll be much easier as val itself rewards 3-4 bullet bursts. Or you can be like aimDLL and shake ur mouse so freaking much bullets will go insta headshots

no such thing as controlling spray or anything in vaLULrant, if u want to play a real game with gun mechanics that actually make sense, go to cs:go. its the superior game in every aspect and this kid game with fortnite graphics wont ever come close to it

yeah, but the microspray for long distance is the best way to shoot.

Don't take long range duels with a phantom, it has damage reduction and poor accuracy reset time, although it has better first shot accuracy imo it's not worth enough to risk a long range duel, not at all if the opponent has a vandal

Yeah i agree, you need to be good at 1 taps, like ScreaM

I’d suggest burst firing instead of spraying, seems to work more consistent.

Bro i think you should watch some yt videos, but if you want to learn it yourself. Go to polygon and shoot all of the bullets at wall without moving your mouse. Just click M1 at wall and see how bullets are going. Than do the opposite. Like if the bullets are going left you need to turn your mouse right in order to balance it. I also wanted to be good at spraying but i suck so nowadays i just try to burst everytime

mwzera doesn't counter strafe its just a+d+bursting
valorant is a fun game

gold rule
long range - taps/bursts and counter strafe
mid range and close range - spray pattern, but it depends on situation cuz usually if i am spraying it means im whiffing

If you miss your first 5-6 shots long range with a phantom, i recommend you buy a bible, flip it open, and start praying, because it’s up to RNJesus for those bullets to hit

everyone sucks bc its completely random after 10th shots or something

always burst fire, and just jiggle peek. Honestly doesn't matter to kill them as long as u don't get killed. and you can wait for a more favorable engagement while whittling down their health.

I don't think it is random lol :D you just have to work hard and you should feel your sens combined with mouse
