I will never understand why Sentinels took one of the best Jetts in the world out of their main role, in my opinion Shahzam is on the level of cNed and Yay with operator, and his impact on LAN tournaments and major games is huge. Why can't TenZ just learn Sage/Sova and leave Jett to Shahzam? With the aim he has he would be an excellent player with these agents and Sentinels would be a stronger team in my opinion.

He has a lot of impact with any agent because he is consistent and has a very good game sense, but imo it's a waste for him to play without Operator

I'm not disagreeing with you, because I don't know the answer. But from watching their big games, apart from on Haven, I don't see Tenz as a better Jett than Shaz. Certainly not on split and icebox. OP has a point...kinda

Just because tenz had his only bad tournament of the year in the last event doesn't mean shahz is a better Jett. I can't wait until this narrative dies already because it's honestly so dumb, before champs people were saying tenz is the better Jett and shahz needs to give it up and now apparently shahz is the better Jett.

thats fax coz tenz is still one of the best players in the game even if he had a bad tournament and people who follow tenz knows he is a choker on lan im not using this as an excuse but like we all know he is better at online tourneys than international ones coz he loses his confidence pretty quickly and starts throwing (as in not intentionally) and im pretty sure he is gonna dominate in the upcoming vct 2022 season until a lan event shows up, if tenz is able to get around his nervousness in close matches then sen can pretty much dominate but thats a big if coz there are vids of tenz literally shaking due to sheer pressure

there's nothing he can't do because he's on another agent without op. he's talent is not being wasted on other agents. it's just that shahzam can't compensate for tenz's stiff agent pool no matter how good he plays. and tenz is on every other aspect is a better jett player than shahzam except maybe op-ing.

Lol Shazam is so inconsistent. His awp was good on split but he baits like wardell when he awps. I agree that tenz can learn other agents, but if sentinels want to play a Jett, tenz is the best option.

Definitely does not bait as hard as wardell but he is also not a pure entry Jett because he likes to op on attack, he's a mix between a baiting attacking Jett and an entry Jett.

I mean jamppi made it work and he is pretty good with the operator. But he does have an edshot machine on his team that is a better entry fragging jett than him so idk. I don't see why shahzam can't do it too.

tenz is only good in star role, shazham is the more cerebral and smart player so u move him to the sova and stuff. he also can have more impact as an igl from those roles. i hope sick picks up some sova so that shaz and tenz can run jett reyna more, it fits their style and it maximizes their output imo

I think that with Shahz on Jett sen has had lots of success but at the end of the day Tenz is the most skilled player on the team and probably a top 5 player in the world so shahz is not going to take his main agent

If Tenz preforms he has the most talent on the roster for purely hitting shots probably better then Shahz. At least that is what the team thinks. So, they stick him on the operator that benefits the most from the pure skill of hitting shots which is Jett. Now if he continues to do poorly at large events then they will likely switch him off Jett like you say they should do.

I mean we also have to be real here, Tenz was a sub and they got instant results. Maybe their still trying to chase the same results I'm not sure, but the roles have to be moved around in some ways, and Shahzam at the time had a bit more versatility than Tenz. Maybe they'll change it up at some point, but when they had Tenz on Jett was when they didn't have much resources to put Tenz on something else and really develop him into a different role.

You have to understand the situation. IGLing and playing the duelist role is not easy. In the early days maybe it was possible but nowaday its literally impossible to IGL and Frag at the same time. On top of that Shahzs Sova and Breach is really good. And Tenz is the most mechanically gifted player on the team. His ability with the Jett knifes is far superior to Shahz. Even tho I agree Shahz is the better Oper but the difference is not that much at in my opinion. So Shahz being the IGL is the issues why he cant play Jett even if he wants to.

I think Shahzam is impactful in any agent he touches, he is really solid. What I feel is Sentinels is so limited when it comes to different compositions, you will never see them running an unusual composition given the fact that TenZ is a one-trick Jett, SicK is the most limited flex player I've ever seen, can only run Skye and Raze in a competitive level (his Sage is pretty mediocre tbh), and Shahzam is taking his skill to new agents, like playing Skye/Breach on champions. Besides the fact that must be really hard to be IGLing and playing Jett at the same time, I feel that's exactly what happened with Mixwell, he was also a pretty decent Jett/OPer, but the game is hitting different levels.
