No way boom would drop Famouz for Whitecat right? Dos9 for Natz i can kinda get it to fix their coms, but Famouz for Whitecat?

yeah but it's still stupid I understand that. They drop famousz (arguably their second best player) and dos9 leaving to getting a player they can't carry over to VCT if they were to ascend.

This and I'm genuinely disappointed if TS decided to let this guy go knowing how good he is

i think ts letting him go is fine cuz he wont be able to play ascension(more experience for him) with an academy team. it also might be just a loan with an option to buy which is the best move rn

Tapi jujur kecewa sih, Natz masih ok buat gantiin Dos9 klo beneran emg si Dos9 diambil tim franchise tp katanya mau full indo biar comm indo lancar tp malah ambil whitecat ya ujung2nya pake bahasa inggris lagi, bener2 aneh ini. GGWP lah BOOM selamat datang ke challengers SEA 2026.

I get natz somewhat since they prolly want Indonesian comms but randomly whitecat? A Filipino player that most likely can't comm in Indonesian so ???
also why not some Indonesian duelist or in fact KEEP famouz

How to TF do you win ascension if you downgrade your roster???..
Dos9 leaving is inevitable since he's 100% signed by a franchised team and Natz filling Dos9 make sense too because he's good.. but dropping Famouz for whitecat does not make sense. Rumour said BOOM want to go back to indo comms so they have better comm but signing whitecat who is a filipino does not make sense.

i think this is W and L move from boom at the same time, i already think natz will be boom player cuz i see him playing controller lately and using boom banner, but I already think gotten 70% will be boom player. and for whitecat, this kid was beast bright future, in case boom go to tier 1, they will find another player for replace whitecat which is L Move cuz when they got new player, they need time to build chemistry with new player again.

Don’t get me wrong, i know Whitecat has potential, but on a stage like ascension i don’t think he’s ready. at least make him a sub since he still can’t compete at VCT and keep Famouz for 1 year.

i think the coach of boom already trial him and comparing him with famouz and they r choosing him and they all know the better. for me i still want to famouz to stay, but i guess he's want to retired idk this is just my guess. if no, i hope he's just sub and got motivated to get his place back

Most challenger players have/had no lan experience b4 ascension… he’s prolly played against almost every1 of them online, now we’ll see if he can transfer that to a stage of some sorts
It’s a good risk by boom because while famouz is good/decent he was petering out n considering dos9 left their chances of winning dropped so might as well gamble
