What do you think this Sen roster’s ceiling is? They haven’t won a single Americas split nor come that close to winning either Masters tournament. Do y’all think they can really put it all together to win Champs, or have they already reached their full potential?
I don’t consider them true contenders at Champs, more in the “outside chance” group of teams
But I'd also like to add last year's champs context. Shit was almost similar
We begged our lev bros to help us qualify for the champs, we were the 4th seed. Most preds had us grouped in a group of death (GenG TH Sen FPX )
Still we made it to top 4 so I haven't lost all hope in them, plus as Sen fans we survived 2023 so this ain't nothing
They are in a pretty weird spot, I feel like their mid rounding isn't that good and now u see how impactful sacy was and tbh I don't think mid rounding is something u can go from zero to hero very quickly rather that takes very much time. Take ethan for example even after so much time he isn't still solid with mid rounding. N4rrate isn't playing with his full potential ngl like last year he used to be much more bombastic, bang tho is playing full potential and so is zellsis, john is playing like 70% of his potential, while zekken is guy who isn't able to play at full potential just cause this roster doesn't have a player who can set him up or support him like tenz did, their lack of mental is also pretty weak and without the experience of sacy and tenz u can see they crumble easily. They can do better definitely but it's gonna be really hard to turn it around so much that u can win it all ( atleast not this champs) Even their chemistry was gorgeous last season like they used to play retake so much and had a high retake win percentage, this roster has like 50% of the previous roster chemistry
Thank you for the detailed explanation! I didn’t watch Sen as much as last year so I didn’t have a lot of that context. I feel like when I watch Zekken he looks so talented but then it just doesn’t translate as much into his stats and team success. It makes sense then that it’s because he’s not getting the same kind of support

I personally believe in their potential being much higher, from the image you can see based off 2024 stats, N4rrate and Bang where in the top 7 most deadliest players in a duel, ofc this is 2024, and players have improved this year, but if all of Sen are playing good, then they can make top 5 minimum.
