Bring back LCQ

There will be so many good teams that deserve a second chance to qualify for champs. Pacific is so stacked that there's a good chance that Gen-g fails to qualify for champs. Why riot say no to LCQ?

me personally I wouldnt want to see an 0-9 team or GIANTX in champs just to shit the bed and go 0-2

you wont the competition is better now. and the alternative is seeing teams like edg at champs who currently have everyone on off roles and chichoo igling but have a better chance at making champs than fpx, tyloo, etc who are all playing well rn. also we get shit like g2 dominating a region so badly they qualify for champs before the start of split 2 which just isnt fun to watch for general audience if their games have no stakes.

Zeta looks better now (last 2 games). If teams like zeta who got better towards the end of the stage 2 knew that they've one last chance to still qualify for champs they would have something to play for. Also it may result in some moments like wolves run or prx train, which would be entertaining for the audience.

the only actual bad teams there are TEC and Furia. even Apeks has good prep on 1 map a week they just cant close out games. koi, zeta, and boom all had problems this year that they havent been able to overcome but boom at their best could have won pacific like really there arent many bad teams in the league anymore.

Doesn't the current format allow teams that become good later on qualify by getting top 2 while rewarding teams who have been good the entire year

i dont see why they wouldnt jst make champs to 5 teams per region with an lcq including a couple of the top t2 teams, would make champs more fun to watch and more potential for storylines like zeta/wolves
