FNS on T1 situtation

Probably the most insightful look into the actual team mental.
FNS mentioned his own personal experiences with team chemistry falling apart when the team enters a slump after winning, and it lines up pretty well with how Buzz has been acting.
When you go from best in the world to struggling in region, you start to question things that worked before and look for reasons to why you are losing, even if those reasons are irrational or wrong. It makes sense that Sylvan ended up getting scapegoated with that mentality at play.

Yeah but you never, and I mean NEVER gang up on your teammate. If you remember, Ange1 actually spoke about this on twitter a bit ago, and he said something to the effect of "Never call out your teammates on their aim. If they whiffed, then they know, and these discussion lead to arguments." (which is honestly really true, and is shown by this situation.)

nah im not talking gameplay, ik if he grinds properly he will easily be top10 player but his old attitude, the way he never gave af yk. now he seems more humble and mature ig. i hope to see him go back to faze though when hes finally a free agent

Yeah that kinda of confidence he had lets him perform even despite the pressure of being the goat. I hope he rejoins faze when he’s down to fully being competing again as well that shit would be fire. CS feels a little bit dimmer without him

in honesty it's very common to have heated arguments within a team and oftentimes it is productive to conflict. i personally believe that if your team never has an argument then they aren't pushing themselves.

but it's the way things are expressed and handled and received that provides either a positive improvement or a negative regression and in my opinion the T1 environment does not really guide Sylvan into productive growth.

Yeah, because no one's man enough to go back and apologise themselves. Carpe had to mediate every single time.

I agree, in such a highly volatile and competitive scene with mostly young people with egos (don't mean it in a bad way), disagreements and arguments will be inevitable, it really just depends on how certain teams/individuals handle it to either letting discourse generate growth within the team or just simply fucking up the team atmosphere and vibes.
