Sad to see Flor go (for now)

It is incredibly disheartening to see Valorants first T1 female pro player, and one of the very very few female pros to make it to any top tier esports be this struck by everything happening around her, between the praise many people give her, that many women feel excited being represented in something they enjoy watching or playing. To the waves of hatred she recieves whilst trying to be as low key as she can. I can’t imagine if she was any more boisterous or loud how this could’ve all gone worse. Within Riot Games Esports i remember Remilia as one of those «controversial» women in esports, and where has that tumult lead us, some may remember.
I wish for any women or people of margianlized genders for the future to be less in the limelight, be treated as any other T1 player, celebrated, criticized, signed, booted, whatever like any other player. And the environment as of large needs to change, i hope it does.

Modern coaching and being coachable does not give you options as a player. They are trying to fit them into a system that is extremely strict when it doesn't have to be. They do this because everyone else is doing this and they don't know any better.

Orgs should be ashamed of their horrible attempt at hiring. I don't even care if I don't ever get a coaching position. You do damage and you don't even care to try to fix it. You don't go outside your comfort zones. None of these orgs will ever succeed with their current paths. They are all in a race where they willing enter it knowing they are behind the more expensive orgs. The lack of creativity is appalling.

Flor deserved better.

Flor was performing. The rest of the team can't say much. Picking up Paycheck stealer Governor was probably the funniest shit ever.
