in the UK you would probably have to save up a bit of money because idk if they give student loans to non scholarship external students. Maybe look at websites on top ranking unis here and see what they offer and how much it costs maybe? If youre unsure, look at rankings of top uk universities

Honestly, the US has great universities but the ones like Stanford, Yale, Harvard, UCLA and etc. that are really good and offer alot also cost alot of money. Now, you could probably try going to England since they also have some great universities as well, such as Oxford and Cambridge and the University of Manchester plus a bunch more
In conclusion, the US or England would be recommended options to pursue your studies in my eyes, most likely other countries have great schools as well, but idk about them

In indonesia there are some organisation that will help u applying college in other country like germany, netherlands, etc. usually the university who will pay the organisation so u dont need to pay them. idk about morocco organisation like that exist. maybe u should try counselling with ur teacher too, u be suprise teacher know a lot about this stuff. also, check scholarship for that university. either ur country provide or other country or the university ur going. googling will also help. i also want to go to netherlands for my master degree somewhere on the future (i hope) so best of luck for both of us!

oh yeah, i think search the major u want to apply then university will also help! if i not wrong, germany good on engineering, netherland on law, etc. imo if u still confuse after googling just ask ur teacher first
