Should Riot have G2 and T1 redo their series?

No disrespect to T1, I'm a firm believer that T1 sweeping them is a huge fluke and robs G2 of truly accomplishing what their capable of. I've spent the last few days in pure disbelief and it just doesn't make sense to me. I've spent the entire regular season watching G2 play great valorant it's just not fair.

If G2 lose again I will face that T1 deserved the win, but I am just 100% sure it was a fluke and does a big disservice to G2 and VCT.

I mean if they do that that is a disservice to T1 no? T1 did there best in the moment and went through lower bracket they did their best and got the dub it is not a disservice to G2 as they were offered the same chance and just did not step up on the right time arguably they had the advantage with two map bans a well rested team compared to T1 who needed to fight through lowers and did not have as much prep time as G2 had going in to it.

To say it was a “fluke” disrespects both teams. It undermines T1’s hard-earned victory and ignores the effort G2 still gave despite not performing to expectations. That kind of comment also does a disservice to VCT as a whole, which is about grit, strategy, and seizing the moment—not just who's "supposed" to win. That is just how tournaments are.

thats the way the game is, preparation only takes you so far and adaptation with a little bit of luck helps when it really matters. G2 probably learnt from their mistakes and thats how theyre doing so good now. they also learnt from last year too. they just dont have the years of experience the others do which can help massively in GFs
