Hey, my account has been permanently locked, and I’ve submitted multiple tickets without any response. The tickets are marked as solved but I haven’t received any reply. Can anyone help or advise on what to do next?
i talked to a dev on discord about my issue and they investigated my account, they found out i was hacked by someone who used a third party software. i just want my account back since i invested a lot in skins.
is there any way to have my account back?

This why I hate riot support man. I have noticed many people have had issues getting their hacked accounts back because support simply won't do much, and when asked they just say something along the lines of "should've used 2FA to prevent getting hacked in the first place". Seems like once you get hacked they really don't brother doing much to help. Another reason why I haven't spent much money in this game.

They have the power to unban, they unbanned my account, I got my account logged into and they used hacks when I was plat. And I convinced them to unban me because I told them it wasn’t me who did it

I don’t have the full log because the unban was over a year ago but the mod was shoguknights, I’m pretty sure he contacted a developer directly.

usually it works as long as the hacker's IP is far enough away from urs
i got permabanned 3x and i appealed all of them on my 8000$ acc and it went through
just try and try again
