Nova Swerl

Let's talk about Swerl, who has been confirmed benched by Nova. He's got a serious hand injury and I think that's one of the reasons. Nova try to build a full local roaster is another reason for this dicision.
Question is, Nova believer still believe they will have chance to toronto?

PS: There was a rumor that Swerl wanted to retire in '23, but ultimately chose to stick with it. I respect his choice.

I still believe Nova can qualify for Toronto. Swerl is very good but Nova isn’t a one man team. GuanG is good enough to solo carry them there.

Looking at their performance in the offseason I wouldn't count out NOVA regionally unless they're against EDG or Trace. They're definitely calling better strats now and their roster has good chemistry. I think they could make Toronto.

their only real competition for qualifying to toronto at the moment is XLG BLG and (maybe) wolves from what we've seen so far. they could definitely make it from what we've seen, and in my opinion, should be considered favorites depending on how confident you are in BLG

benching swerl for obone is dumb asf and nova is just trying to replicate offseason event success in regular season lol.Not possible coz drg was playing without vookashu fpx without coach
and trace & edg played with academy squad.Obone is just mid asf. And 0o0o0 can't shoot back against good teams. First 3 matches drg edg & fpx with good coach are instant loss of nova.They need to pick a better player to replace obone asap.Or just continue with swerl unless its serious injury. Which is unlikey coz swerl is streaming.

I'm always looking at them for how they SHOULD be doing. their roster quality is too good for how fucking terrible they disappoint and I'm not comfortable writing them off until I see them crash and burn for the rest of the season myself

don't remind me of the rest of them 😭. literal superteam of rising mechanical talents on paper. hopefully fayde can show us more of what they're capable of because they're lacking some depth
