if that's true, then yeah reyna is the most dangerous by far.

neon has the most pure radiant energy out of anyone in the game to the point of having to wear a limiter
if I had to make a tier list I'd probably do Neon > Reyna > Astra
I think Reyna canonically gets stronger the more she kills so she snowballs hard, but Neon with how much pure Radiant energy she has if she unleashes it all could probably just become a human earth nuke. Astra I don't think is great offensively with her abilities so don't know how much she could do.
