140 adr is decent for KJ , just keep playing more. Watch nAts , he plays a lot of KJ , Cypher in ranked and learn how he plays around his setups

i think its generally an aim issue(not that im saying u are bad) maybe u should focus more on holding angles/trying not to die first as an sentinel and use util properly also try some other sentinel as well, cypher is not the only good sentinel
