SaltyMcNulty [#22]meteor is sooo hit or miss for me, idk how I feel about him. Like he singlehandedly lost soo many rounds for them today but also he won some crucial rounds. It's like meteor giveth and meteor taketh. For me, iZu was the true MVP but meteor is definitely an X factor type of player.
he's been very unreliable and not nearly as consistent as he was on geng but the haven rungun flick on jonahp and the 1v3 viper clutch (horribly played by g2 btw) kinda life plays is all that matters to the recency bias morons

if leo comes back from the maternity ward and starts farming again i’ll reconsider but for now all i see is that meteor has been farming on 2 completely different teams and winning 2 different events (mvping for one) while also being one of the pioneers of korean/apac esports as a whole

Leo and Meteor is not the comparison as they play different roles. It should be Meteor and Alfajer. While they both have two trophies and were MVP for an event (Alfa was Tokyo MVP no question about it) I think Meteor is better than Alfa. However I think Leo is still a much better player as he is the closest to perfect a player has ever been, even when his teams were in the mud and he was ill.
