Nah hydration drinks have like electroyltes and uhh potassium and sodium

Thing is prime has like no sodium so it’s not that effective but it might be better for those who don’t really need a hydration drink

I litteraly could not find a way to agree with you more, drinking straight out the coconut is litteraly the most baller thing you can ever do. Prime is -1 month lifespan per bottle

PRIME Isnt good for hydration (lack of sodium ) other drinks like gatorade clear , or just drink natural fruit juice man wont have whole lot of sodium but will give u tons of vitamins
