Sylvan?

Does anyone have any concrete ideas surrounding what happened to Sylvan? I'm assuming there were some internal disputes but otherwise I'm clueless. Even if they weren't satisfied with his performances there's no way you sub out a player after going undefeated, right?

sylvan and carpe came to an agreement before kickoff that they would play rock paper scissors and the winner got to play

they probably just tried to sub carpe in and see how he does
said that sylvan has a flu just in case
