Cheaters in HK & Tokyo

This has to be a joke. I've been grinding ranked for the last 2 weeks and the cheaters are everywhere. Currently i'm in high elo and somehow so many cheaters are getting through. First i thought HK server might be the issue (hk is notorious for their cheaters) and switched to Tokyo and my fk'n god it's the same. People are starting to download 3rd party softwares to see the players' stats to find out if their cheating or not. 5 out of 4 games are being dodged and the only 1 without dodging is a cheater vs cheater game. Riot sleeping?

and 80%of the cheaters are chinese,that's the truth,cuz my server use Anti-cheat,not vanguard so it ban cheaters strictly
Vanguard and cheaters are completely dogshits

It seems like, if your cheater is in a party 5/3/2, vanguard will not automatically end the game.
Only happens on solo cheaters

My server ban cheaters strictly and that's the reason they went Asian server.
