Since NRG have been leaked to have benched Bonkar and Verno heres who they SHOULD replace them with

Coach

1. MCE-GOATed coach who is very good at building up rosters and bringing out the best in his players, one of the best minds in the Valo scene and a cutie patotie
2. Doombros-won a masters for a reason, very good mind for the game

Player

1. Rossy-Amazing initator player who can flex smokes, flash init, or sentinel as needed. Can help out in comms in the mid round
2. Brawk-Amazing initaator player from t2
3. Stellar-yes he is an igl, but he can also frag out and this gives them the option of replacing fns if he continues to shit the bed

execute fns replace him with stellar and if verno has to go get rossy (or just fucking develop the 18 year old t2 prodigy wtf is wrong with this org)

Only rossy of 3 the 3 will be able to frag close to Verno, another one could be nismo

NRG will never become championship contenders if they just replace rosters every split. They should not change anyone till at least after split 1 but maybe if they had to change anything a new coach might be fine.
