It is common in Korea for the plastic treatment one that’s why they are ahead on no1 but it really depends whether the person needs the surgery or not

plastic surgery isn't as common as makeup and other ways to make people look "perfect" but it is an option (look at chinese streams where the girls are always caked in white makeup to make them look more pale than mj) it's very common to change but not very common to use surgery, only in specific cases
