Why aspas is not the GOAT

Aspas is certainly one of the all time greats in the duelist role but imo not the clear best as many say. These are my reasons:

1) his incapability to speak English which limits his potential to perform outside of BR or SA teams tremendously

2) he only excels on jett, he’s not a master on any other duelist

3) baiting. He’s not as fearless as derke for example, thus likes to bait a lil bit more

Overall top 3 duelist OAT obviously but i wouldn’t rate him above the other all time greats

With all due respect, the first point is complete bullshit

His raze is nearly as good as his Jett, the baiting narrative absolutely has to stop. Derke might be fearless but he farms ecos way more than Aspas so whose really the more impactful player?

Jett and Raze merchant which is more than enough

He indeed baits but still gets kills and nevers plays for cltuch when spike is ticking

The difference between top 5 duelists is very minimal in valorant and team also matters

There is no absolute GOAT in Valorant

derke is only what he is because he played for the biggest team in the world, put derke in leviathan in 2024, with the rotten C0M. I'm not saying that aspas is far better to derke, but that it is better
