NRG's problems come from their confidence and their consistency. only mada is consistently confident and good, and he will undoubtedly be a trophy winner one day.
but replacing FNS with any other igl mid-season is a top 3 retarded org moves up there with NAVI -doombros
the truth is that verno isn't shooting like he was in the off-season, which I think is from his overconfidence (check the NRG video). he also doesn't talk much in-server, so he isn't really being a great contributor. verno needs to lock the fuck in like he did in tier 2 and be a consistent demon like mada, this will make NRG pretty good. verno was what NRG relied on to be their win factor, but while mada has gotten better, verno has gotten worse.
the remaining problems is just their comps (easily fixed in the next month)
as for fns, his aim isnt even bad, just his aim discipline; honestly if he just becomes calmer through meditation or something he will be good. this will also help his mental (y'all saw that tilted fist bump on map 2)

tl;dr while fns looked bad today he isn't terrible and shouldn't be dropped, verno needs to be more consistent because thats what he was signed for, and NRG needs to improve their comps. then they will be the top team that we expected.

dropping anybody mid season (especially your fucking igl) is an insane decision to make unless they're actively and/or maliciously throwing games for your org
but vlr will never understand this

Here’s a better TLDR.

Tldr; NRG is not a top team and shouldn’t be considered a top team because they’re at rebuilding phase and needs time. T2 coach bonkar and T2 players verno and mada needs to adapt to tough competition In tier 1.

1. ik u didnt say it(or at least hope u didnt but) name an igl who has played in t1 from 2022-2024 who is not on a t2 team in 2025 and can be good enough to replace fns
   marved wont try, nrg prob wont take rossy after c9 unless they're desparate, vanity went back to cs, shaz doesnt play pro anymore, there are so many igls who played against optic/nrg but dont have the same kind of experience as fns
2. mada has always been a solid player even before he was primarily a duelist unlike verno who for a sova player has a very diverse agent pool
   2.5. "only mada is consistently confident and good" like what? did u forget ethan and s0m are on the team? yeah s0m somewhat underperformed compared to normal and maybe ethan too but saying victors replacement is the only one whos consistent is wild

kayo on bind was my main problem. and i think ethan needs to get more used to tejo.

Good news for NRG is that Abyss are out so thank god I don't have to watch FNS playing Vyse in Stage 1

You cant make the tejo excuse because none of these teams played tejo in all 3 maps and NRG deserved to lose all 3 maps.

2024 has proved that as an IGL no matter how good his strategies or calls are ,if he played ACS 100-,the team couldn't win at all. so edg benched haodong and got simon. the result is that they were the champs. as for boaster and fns, although they have smart brains, they just suck,and their teams lose

real difference between boaster and fns is (both of them are not top tier aimers) but boaster does not whiff easy kills and fns many times is seen panicing with shaky aims which in turns fumbles easy kills and gives the opps man advantage
