but G2 valyn is clearly the best player in the world
he is an insane igl, given by his results this past year (#3 shanghai, #7/8 champs, #2 regionally) and in history (2023 ascension, 2022 challengers stage 1)

and now with 4 solid players on his team playing their roles perfectly, and a really good coach, honestly nothing stands between him and astralis level domination
imo having valyn on a team is like having two players. its like having the brains of fns and the mechanics and gamesense of s0m.
g2 is winning it all, four trophies by 2027 i guarantee it

100% agree he actually could be number one for me rn. I feel like we are transitioning to an era where igls need to be able to frag. Some other igls might be better fraggers than valyn like kingg but kinggs igling seems weaker compared to alot of other igls. I feel like boaster fns and boostio seem to call good games but their fragging is not going well. Valyn is a pretty perfect balance because he is an amazing caller and did amazing calling for g2 last year and frags out heavy too.
