Why is Jett pick rate so low so far? Did it get any new nerf? I stopped playing the game. Also thought neon pick rate after nerf would tank but china and apac still is like 3rd most played duelist. Also actually nice that there is yoru meta in EMEA. Most fun duelist for me.

i think jett pickrate droping is both good and bad for valorant, obviosly you would like as much different agents and comp being played to keep it fresh but theres a reason everyone loves jett, there is so much skill expression and without high jett pick rates operator buy rate drops aswell, ideally I would like to see a diverse meta with jett still being the most picked duelist.

Yoru is a very decent agent to op with tho, also a lot of duelist are comfortable oping w neon and raze

jett is ok on haven and pearl but lowkey nowadays there are options, ( neon, yoru-iso)
only de facto jett map on rotation rn is abyss.
next map pool adds ascent and icebox so jett would see more picks (abyss and bind will be gone)

isnt yoru miserable to play as a solo duelist? and with enough vods people will start to hard clear your tp setups

His tps are quite bad imo, and I don't think the teams that have played know how to set up a yoru so it's awful to watch

if you set up your tp during the beginning of buy phase you get barely any duration left to the tp i feel like thats limiting his playmake potential
foythvlr [#8]prob map pool? emea has a yoru fetish on "jett maps", americas don't pick abyss at all, split jett meta is outdated, rest of map pool not really viable... only being used in pearl and abyss sometimes
True Jett pick rate should be high again with ascent and icebox back to map pool. But I hope they made some good changes to both those map so that we can see more variety in comp especially in ascent.

the only different comp was the shit prx sage deadlock comp and some woke breach nonsense, its been pretty stale for ascent so far

there was the weird phoenix/yoru comp loud used too at the beginning of the year
later there was cypher-deadlock
probably not ideal but it was a start
