id also say who you play has a factor. if ur entry, you genuinely want a higher sens but controllers and senti's usually have lower sens. then there are anomalies like demon1 so its honestly personal preference

I play on demon1 sens 0.1 1600 and i honestly understand why he plays on that aiming is clean flicking on that sens is also just right only problem is doing a 360 but in game you are never actually doing a 360

My philosophy is to firstly make sure that you don't select something so ridiculous that it hinders your play (too high or too low), then pick a sensitivity that you enjoy playing/aim training with

For example if you enjoy playing with low sens more, chances are you will play more games and improve faster

if you're not sure which you would enjoy playing with more, consider finding a pro who's highlights you enjoy watching, then copy their sens and try to aim like them

Depends on the role

If you are a passive player, or you like to lurk, probably low

If you are an agressive player, flicky, you prefer to engage first in fights, probably high

I personally think that you should choose the highest sens you can use comfortably

Huge +1 on the "highest comfortable sens", it basically provides great micro adjustments and gives flicks
