The cuatro is a sort of Hispanic guitar, mostly played in Colombia and surrounding countries. It's probably the instrument that was playing in the first teaser, now that I think about it
Not sure what to make of this teaser, though. Jett, Chamber, and... (is that a cowboy hat with legs?) running through some abandoned architecture. You say French, and I kinda see that, but I think it looks more Spanish than anything. iIf this is a map, I really hope Harbor has some geeky voiceline for it like he does for the other maps (god, I love those)

Chiostro del Paradiso in amalfi is the closest match, that particular angle in the arch originates from late romanic architecture, the closest match i could find in france is mount St. Michell ( though their arches are offset to each other.

The thing your quoting doesn't seem like a very known place in Italy and there is already an Italian map (will need an italian agent at qome point tho), +mt st Michel is the 2/3rd most touristic place in the country (most touristic country itw btw)

VCT CN crowds hit 8/10 times but Shanghai was much quieter than it should've been (mic issue with international stream, JP/CN streams had more vocal crowds)
