To be fair, what SEA need, is to be sure the 6 T3 region is represented in the T2. Instead of doing that, they should have make 3 qualifier for the 3 region that are not represented in the T2, and then a mega qualifier for every team remaining

It's always been that way since LMS was a thing in the LoL ecosystem, simple as that. It has been a part of the Pacific ecosystem, and it carried over to VCT. End of story.

cause hktw have a totally different version of valorant
china client and server are different and since the great firewall is not applied to taiwan and hk they use standard valorant

FWIW, a few community members (including me) tried to find and lobby for an ID and PH TO to hold the tournaments, but there were some hurdles that the window to create one diminishes pretty quickly.

VN and TW/HK had theirs planned a while back, and it was almost no less than a miracle we got something going for MY/SG w/ Breakpoint. It almost never happened.

It's a flurry of unfortunate circumstances, in which I hope we can push better from.

KR and JP has their own VCLs and while it can be argued, logistically, TW/HK is more suitable to be paired up with VCT SEA/APAC.

everyone should have the same opportunity to get into a higher league. context here they have the opportunity to get into the SEA league. if there is only an academy franchise team, it is unfair to other teams that are not in the franchise.
