my family does, and i know many people who do. it's not very christian since my family is not religious aside from my mother but we still exchange presents. it's not really a thing where we invite every 3rd cousin though like i see i think. since i heard some people dread it because of the family reunion part

generally, presumably not as much as christian-central western countries (us, uk, etc), but presumably many of the 35 million (or more) chinese christians currently in china celebrate. google says that its a smaller holiday in china, but presumably some of the non-christians in china celebrate christmas as some of ours do.
