I think they should pick up Rossy and have Mitch play sentinel (one of his flex roles).
I think the clear player that would make this team work is vanity. Vanity is a great player and bringing him on for the first time would be really good for the team. Runi is another option to maybe replace one of the weaker links on the team like Oxy. In fact they should probably replace Vic with rossy. This will mean that its a whole new roster that is more tested on other orgs :)

If they go for bit more experienced players they go for Net or Inspire. If they just want to pick up a straight up shooter, there are lots of options but I wont be shocked if they pick up random cracked ranked player out of nowhere. But at the end of the day we all know they will add vanity and runi back after kickoff, so honestly it doesnt matter who they pick up.
