started working out again after a year and man it does wonders for my depression. i forgot how great it is to make time for it on top of gaming on days off.

what are your favorite workouts ?
my body is so sore but leg kickbacks are my favorites right now

I never believed just how much it helped even though I heard so many medical professionals speak about how exercise helps mental health until I actually went. Exercising for just an hr a day is incredible

Skull crusher x JM press will get your triceps going but I feel like I could be the only person who enjoys them… (also can be dangerous)
