Valorant is such an unfun game to play, it's mentally draining to play. I was trio queuing with 2 friends yesterday played 3 lost 3 and I just gave up. My body my brain didnt want to continue playing. My arms went limp and I just didnt care anymore. I literally don't care about playing Valorant anymore. I'll keep watching vct and maybe playing premier but like comp? unrated? nope I will not be playing that for a while.

It's true that game can be mentally draining, but only if you feel relative deprivation (look up here if you don't understand the terminology: (https://dictionary.apa.org/relative-deprivation)). Firstly, you should ask yourself why you play at all, do you have any goals in game or you just play for fun. If your conclusion is to play the game with specific goal, than you should work on defining that goal much precise, and have a better understanding on entire situation. Understanding the fact that patience and hard work is only formula to achieve your goal. On the other hand, if you play game for fun -- simply, if you don't feel like playing the game and you don't enjoy playing it, than quitting is reasonable.
