I've always done arnold split, gives your arms and shoulders a little bit of extra stimulus, which is great because smaller muscles recover faster (delts, biceps, triceps). It also makes supersets extra effective because you're training muscles that perform entirely different actions.
I’ve seen a couple people talk about PPL x Arnold which I’m heavily considering. I’m just not sure doing chest/back on the same day seems a bit strange working out two massive muscles on the same workout. but I won’t knock it until I try it
PPL is classic though, maybe switch up the time when you gym.
that night workout hits, and a hot shower after that to relax and help you sleep. don't take cold showers after workouts though, hinders muscle growth.
I also do PPL, I was trying to insert Arnold splits to my routine but it is harder for me to track so I just kept doing PPL
