Moose is pretty useless.

Replace with a better Senti player and C9 will be a lot stronger for next year.

C9 CANT get worse if you replace Moose with Victor.

Agreed. Why would anyone pick up someone who publically said they didn't try on a well funded team. And there's no way c9 would pay him better than NRG anyway.
